Building the Brand

Picking up from the existing brand identity, we created a thorough brand guidelines document ensuring the Next Science brand remained consistent across all variables. We gathered all the necessities; color palletes, typography, iconography, graphic treatments, patterns, photography, logo orientations. logo treatments and messaging and put together a rock-solid guide, ensuring the Next Science brand would be recognizable everywhere it was displayed.

Creating a Packaging System

When it came time to develop the packaging system, we knew each product needed to be represented not only as part of a series, but also have a strong stand-alone presence. Using various brand assets and treating those assets in unique ways, the packaging system reflected the same strength as the products themselves.

Designing the Website

Departure didn't hold back when it came to developing online experience. We used the best practice of starting with a mobile layout, and from there built out a purely responsive interactive platform users could navigate around with ease. We also created a platform on the back end, where Next Science marketing executives could easily add or edit content without effecting the architecture of the site.
