Out with the Old

BSN SPORTS sends thousands of emails to hundered of thousands of coaches, athletic directors and principals across the country on a yearly basis. Given all the services provided by the company, the types of campaigns being sent range from hard goods sales to webinars to promotions and everything in between. Our first assignment was to break all the messaging types into categories and indentify the pain points within each.

Upgrading the Design Assets

Once we identified all the elements that needed attention, we started to build out individual assets that would be present in all email communications, creating consistency and familiarity across the board. Our goal was to provide the most personalized experience to the recipient that was both easy to digest and visually compelling enough to scroll on.

Putting the Final Roster Together

The messaging categories were in place, the design asset library was built and the content had been refined and polished up. It was time to launch the newly-upgraded emails to the thousands of athletic departments across the country.
